Well-written book...reads like a forward-moving memoir, then in between all of this, we learn about the dreaded disease. Truly a heroic story about a woman who has continued to "outsmart" her life-long battle with diabetes, and artfully, heart-fully shares her story. Every diabetic MUST read this book. Further, it's one I enjoyed reading for the story and writing style as well (thankfully, I do not have the disease). Great book!
